Dubai’s BonBird fried chicken coming to Lahore this December
Sizzling new arrival promises crispy delights and a $5 million investment in Pakistan’s fast-food scene
Lahore: Get ready, Lahore! Dubai’s fried chicken superstar, BonBird, is set to make its grand entrance into Pakistan. The first of twelve anticipated branches will open its doors in Lahore this December, bringing a fresh, crispy twist to the city’s fast-food scene.
Partnership ignites excitement
In a sizzling development, Yolk Brands - the trailblazing hospitality group behind BonBird - has joined forces with Pakistan’s Eat Brands. Known for its successful ventures like Eggspectation and Cue Cinemas, Eat Brands will launch BonBird’s mouthwatering menu, which boasts hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and preservative-free fried chicken.
Eat Brands’ founder, Zarrar Mustapha, shared that an impressive $5 million investment will fuel the rollout of twelve branches across Pakistan over the next three years, making BonBird the first UAE-based quick-service restaurant chain to hit the Pakistani market - as quoted by Arab News.
Yolk Brands expands its culinary empire
But that’s not all. Yolk Brands, which employs around 400 people, is also behind Pickl, the South Pour roastery, and cafe 1762. With 40 restaurants already in operation and 14 more on the way, including four set to launch this year, Yolk Brands is on a roll, reshaping dining experiences across multiple markets.
